H cottagecore διακόσμηση είναι το νέο shabby chic

Το Cottagecore είναι μια αισθητική στο Διαδίκτυο που γιορτάζει την επιστροφή στις παραδοσιακές δεξιότητες και χειροτεχνίες όπως η γεωργία, το ψήσιμο και η κεραμική και σχετίζεται με παρόμοια νοσταλγικά αισθητικά κινήματα όπως grandmacore, farmcore, goblincore και faeriecore, όπως αναφέρει η Wikipedia.

Είναι μια ρομαντική έκφραση της αγροτικής ζωής. Φυσικά αυτό εκφράζεται μέσα από την μόδα αλλά κυρίως μέσα από την διακόσμηση. Σε συνδυασμό με την πανδημία, αυτή η λαχτάρα για απλούστερες και πιο ξέγνοιαστες μέρες και την επιστροφή στα βασικά, έφτασε ακριβώς την κατάλληλη στιγμή.

Δεν χρειάζεται όμως να ζείτε σε αγρόκτημα για να δημιουργήσετε έναν τέτοιο χώρο. Τα στοιχεία που πρωταγωνιστούν είναι η απλότητα και η παλαιότητα των αντικειμένων. Το ξύλο, οι γωνιές με αποξηραμένα λουλούδια, αλλά και μια cozy γωνία με μαξιλάρες στο πάτωμα είναι τρόποι για να το πετύχετε.

Apart from framing some family photos for the wall not pictured, the boot room is finally done. It only took me a year and a half and will likely only stay this clean and tidy for a week tops! But I love how it turned out. I decided against wallpaper in the end and had the walls skimmed and painted instead. The panelling, and tiling was a DIY job tackled by myself and Andrew, all documented on my boot room highlights reel. Από την άλλη τα vintage έπιπλα όπως μια παλιά κασέλα ή ένας καθρέφτης με ελαφρώς φθαρμένη κορνίζα, έπιπλα από μπαμπού μπορούν να δώσουν αυτή την αίσθηση ακόμα και στο διαμέρισμα.
